“

St Botolph’s is an overall fantastic school. Great topics to learn, amazing staff, wonderful support and guidance always given.

“

Our son is so happy to go to school every day! It is such a relief and comfort to know he is happy and settled in a wonderful environment with kind and caring staff members. Our son has come on leaps and bounds and it’s lovely to see the updates through the app of all the different activities he does every day. We can’t thank the staff enough for the brilliant first year he’s had.

“

My daughter enjoys everything she does at school. She loves to come to school. Why would you pick any other school? St Botolph’s is the best! Great staff and teachers who do their very best.

After school clubs

What we offer.....

We run a wide variety of clubs, usually for 6 weeks at a time at some point over the year. This is an overview of just some of the clubs that could be on offer during the academic year:

Multisports- This club is run after school by Mr Vasey. It will rotate
round year groups throughout the year and aim to prepare the
children for competitions.

Rotakids- Rotakids is a Rotary sponsored organisation for
children in KS2, offering the opportunity to try something new,
make new friends and make a difference to their local and wider
community. Activities have, in the past, included raising money for
various charities, random acts of kindness, performing at a local
care home and participating in the Shoe Box Appeal. This club is
run by Mrs Revell.

Young voices- this is a club for all abilities in KS2 who love to sing,
when we rehearse to participate in the Young Voices concert at
The Resorts World Arena in Birmingham with 6000 other children.
This club is run after school by Miss Kuzyk and Mrs Harkins.

Micro-bits- This club is run by Mrs Radley after school for children
in upper key stage 2. This club will focus on coding and all things
computing!

Zumba- This club is run after school for children in Key Stage 1 by
Miss Powell. Children will dance along to music!

Cross Country- This club will run for children in Key stage 2 and will
be led by Mr Duffy. Children will practise all things running outside
whatever the weather!

Gymnastics- Mrs Pepper will be running gymnastics clubs
throughout the year for children across the school.

Forest school club- Ms Ebbs will run this club for children in EYFS in
the spring/summer terms. Children will have a chance to explore
our Forest School and enjoy the outdoors.

Activity club- This club is run by Miss Dennis and covers a range of
activities for children such as games and crafts.

BeeBots club- Mrs Goodhead will be running this club for children in
Key Stage 1. They will explore how to use BeeBots and have fun
with basic coding!

Cooking club- Miss Lawley and Mrs Tomlin run this club for children
in Key Stage 2. They will get the opportunity to make lots of
different things!

Lego club- This club is run by Miss Day for children in Key Stage 1.

Netball club- This club is run by Miss Cockerill for children in Key
Stage 2. They will learn the basic rules and play in some short
